
A graduate of Vassar College and Johns Hopkins University, Marigo J. Stathis is an award-winning executive cognitive neuroscientist, research analyst, consultant, activist, and author. With respect to creative writing, poetry has always been her “go to”. Since the age of 17, her poems have appeared in various national and international literary journals, magazines, and anthologies (e.g., 34th Parallel, A Question of Balance, Abbey, The Baltimore City Paper, The Baltimore Sun, Bear Creek Haiku, Facedown, FanStory, The Keeping Room, Lite Journal of Satire and Creativity, The Loch Raven Review, The National Library of Poetry, The Rush, The Sometimes and Whispers). She resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her hubby, genius cat, and small elderberry orchard. Her latest challenges include mastering the art of time travel and living a whole day without using expletives (silently or out loud).
